Nick Vrysellas is Broker of Record and owner of Urban Village Realty Inc. An entrepreneur since age 18 and award winner, Nick has been in sales and service for more than 25 years, including 12 years specializing in real estate and eight years as a Real Estate Broker. He opened Urban Village Realty (formerly PHF Realty) in 2005.
He is a member in good standing of the Toronto Real Estate Board, Ontario Real Estate Association, Canadian Real Estate Association and the Real Estate Council of Ontario. In addition to spending time with his wife, two children and the family dog, Nick volunteers in the community and with his children’s many sporting teams.
